At Impala Skate, we want you to love your gear, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all items in original, unworn condition with their packaging. If your skates don't fit perfectly or you've changed your mind, we've made the exchange and refund process simple and fast.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the skates and all original accessories back into the Impala shoebox, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping mailer or box.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange size within 5-7 business days.
